The Vision
To continue Christ’s mission
to seek and save the lost (Luke 19:10).
The Mission
To present the full Gospel of Jesus Christ, transforming non-Christians into converts, converts into disciples, and disciples into mature, passionate, and fruitful community leaders. Our mission is accomplished through prayer, preaching, ministries, programs, and community engagement- that demonstrate the love of Christ (Matthew 28:19-20, Mark 16:15-18, 1 Corinthians 11:1).
Beliefs & Core Values
New Life Tabernacle is a spirit-led, bible centered apostolic church family,
unified to impact your life.
unified to impact your life.
God
There is one God: the creator of the heavens, the earth, and all mankind. This one God is Father in creation, Son in redemption, and Holy Ghost in regeneration and activity. He is the first and the last; there is no God beside him (Genesis 1:1, John 1:1; 14, Isaiah 44:6-8, Isaiah 9:6, 1 Timothy 3:16).
Salvation
Salvation consists of deliverance from sin through the blood of Jesus Christ. This is accomplished through repentance from sin, water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and receiving the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives the utterance. This experience is called the New Birth (John 3:5, Acts 2:38).
The Bible
The Bible is the infallible Word of God and the authority for salvation and Christian living (2 Timothy 3:15-17).
Prayer
Prayer is the avenue of communication in which man forms a relationship with God. This is achieved when connecting with God is a priority, resulting in spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical change (1Timothy 2:1-3, Isaiah 56:7).
Discipleship
Discipleship reflects Christ’s character. Systematic instruction, mentorship, training, and development is at the core of producing people who align themselves to love God and love others. This love causes individuals to come back to Christ, live a life that is pleasing to Him, and fulfill the mandate to continue Christ’s mission to seek and save the lost (Galatians 5:22-26, 2 Corinthians 5:17).
Community Engagement
Serving God translates to being servants of our community. Meeting the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical needs of others will result in stronger and healthier communities (Matthew 25:36, Luke 14:12-14).
